Abstract  Abstract

A wireless communication terminal capable of suppressing useless bandwidth reduction of PUSCH by increasing ACK / NACK resource utilization efficiency while avoiding ACK / NACK collision in a system in which E-PDCCH control information is transmitted. The wireless communication terminal transmits a control signal including an ACK / NACK indicator via an extended physical downlink control channel (E-PDCCH) transmitted using one of the one or a plurality of configuration candidates. Based on the receiving unit to receive and the configuration information of the E-PDCCH used for the transmission / reception of the E-PDCCH and the ACK / NACK indicator, the resource used for the ACK / NACK signal of the downlink data is designated in advance. The control part which selects from among these, and the transmission part which transmits the said ACK / NACK signal using the selected said designated resource are taken.
