Abstract  Abstract

A wireless communication terminal is used in a system for transmitting control information of an E-PDCCH, which can avoid ACK / NACK conflicts, improve the utilization efficiency of ACK / NACK resources, and suppress the useless PUSCH frequency band reduction. The wireless communication terminal adopts an enhanced physical downlink control channel (E-PDCCH) which is provided with: a receiving section that transmits by using any one or a plurality of configuration candidates to receive control including an ACK / NACK indicator Signal; the control unit is based on the configuration information of the E-PDCCH used for the transmission and reception of the E-PDCCH and the aforementioned ACK / NACK indicator, and selects the ACK / NACK signal for downlink data from the pre-designated designated resources. The resource; and the transmitting unit are configured to transmit the aforementioned ACK / NACK signal using the selected designated resource.
