Abstract  Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for allocating data and pilot in an orthogonal frequency division multiple access system, a transmission method using the same, an apparatus thereof, a reception method, and an apparatus thereof.

In the method for allocating data and pilot in an orthogonal frequency division multiple access system according to the present invention, a terminal divides a subcarrier group and a symbol from an uplink channel based on a basic pilot pattern generated by a specific criterion, and the divided subcarrier One or more subchannels are allocated based on groups and symbols. Then, the subcarrier group according to the subchannel is hopped according to the hopping pattern to allocate data. The pilots are positioned differently per subcarrier group on the basis of the basic pilot pattern.

In this way, the probability of pilot collision between adjacent cells can be reduced, and the accuracy of channel estimation can be improved by boosting pilot subcarrier power.
