Abstract  Abstract

A configuration, a managing apparatus and a method of a channel in OFDMA(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex Access) system and a transmitting/receiving method and an apparatus thereof are provided to maximize a system capacity in a system sending or receiving data by using an OFDMA based multi connection method. A method for configuring a channel in a communication system using an OFDMA type includes the steps of: configuring whole frequency resource of a system to a plurality of sub-bands(301); configuring a plurality of AMC(Adaptive Modulation and Coding) sub-bands consisting of at least more than one sub-bands(302); puncturing a predetermined symbol in each of the plurality of AMC sub-bands and allotting the punctured symbols to a diversity data transmission area(303,304); and configuring the symbol by inserting data into each of the allotted areas and transmitting the symbol(305,306).
