Abstract
PURPOSE: A method for easily reconstructing RRC connection for an emergency call in LET network is provided to reconstruct the RRC connection of an emergency call in LTE(Long Term Evolution) network. CONSTITUTION: A mobile device maintains an emergency call(305). If the mobile device measures a failure situation, a cell to reconstruct RRC(Radio Resource Control) connection is found(310,312). In case the mobile device measures a suitable cell, the mobile device sends a request signal to a suitable cell(315,320). The mobile device reconstructs the RRC connection.
