Abstract  Abstract

Provided are a method and a device for transmitting acknowledgement/not-acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) of a terminal where a plurality of serving cells are set. The method comprises a step where a subframe n of a second serving cell receives data; and a step where a subframe n + k_SCC(n) of a first serving cell, connected to the subframe n of the second serving cell, transmits an ACK/NACK signal in response to the received data. The first serving cell is the primary cell making the terminal perform an initial connection establishment procedure or a connection reestablishment to a base station and uses a frequency division duplex (FDD) wireless frame. The second serving cell is the secondary cell additionally allocated to the terminal besides the primary cell and uses a time division duplex (TDD) wireless frame. The k_SCC(n) is a preset value.
