Abstract
Provided are a method and a device for transmitting an acknowledgement/not-acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) of a terminal which is set with a plurality of serving cells. The method comprises the steps of: receiving data in a subframe n of a second serving cell; and transmitting an ACK/NACK signal for the data in a subframe n+kSCC(n) of a first serving cell connected to the subframe n of the second serving cell, wherein the first serving cell is a primary cell for the terminal to execute an initial connection establishment procedure or a connection reestablishment procedure, and uses a frequency division duplex (FDD) wireless frame, the second serving cell is a secondary cell allocated to the terminal in addition to the primary cell, and uses a time division duplex (TDD) wireless frame, and the kSCC(n) is a previously determined value.

Claim
1-13. (canceled)
14. A method for transmitting acknowledgement/not-acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) information, the method performed by a user equipment (UE) and comprising:
receiving data in a subframe n of a secondary cell, wherein the n is an integer; and transmitting ACK/NACK information for the data in a subframe n+k of a primary cell, wherein the k is a natural number, wherein when the primary cell and the secondary cell use different frame structure types from each other, the k is dependent on a frame structure type of the primary cell.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein when the primary cell uses a Frequency Division Duplex frame structure type, the k is determined by an ACK/NACK timing in the primary cell.
16. The method of claim 15, wherein the k is 4.
17. The method of claim 14, wherein the secondary cell uses a Time Division Duplex frame structure type.
18. The method of claim 14, further comprising:
receiving another data in a subframe n of a third cell; and transmitting ACK/NACK information for the another data in the subframe n+k of the primary cell, wherein the third cell is an another secondary cell allocated to the UE in addition to the primary cell and the secondary cell, and wherein the third cell uses a TDD frame structure type.
19. User Equipment (UE), comprising:
a Radio Frequency (RF) unit transmitting and receiving radio signals; and a processor connected to the RF unit, wherein the processor receives data in a subframe n of a secondary cell, wherein the n is an integer, and transmits ACK/NACK information for the data in a subframe n+k of a primary cell, wherein the k is a natural number, wherein when the primary cell and the secondary cell use different frame structure types from each other, the k is dependent on a frame structure type of the primary cell.
20. The UE of claim 19, wherein when the primary cell uses a Frequency Division Duplex frame structure type, the k is determined by an ACK/NACK timing in the primary cell.
21. The UE of claim 20, wherein the k is 4.
22. The UE of claim 19, wherein the secondary cell uses a Time Division Duplex frame structure type.
23. The UE of claim 19, the processor receives another data in a subframe n of a third cell, and transmits ACK/NACK information for the another data in the subframe n+k of the primary cell,
wherein the third cell is an another secondary cell allocated to the UE in addition to the primary cell and the secondary cell, and wherein the third cell uses a TDD frame structure type.
