Abstract
telephone communication. SUBSTANCE: procedure of indication of length of minicell in telephone communication network with mobile objects includes non-linear coding of short field of fixed length in head of minicell. Stretch bit or stretch code is used to stretch field of length to raise number of values of lengths accessible for coding dimension of minicell. Length of minicell is specified in minicell proper or is indicated indirectly with use of table of correspondence of identifiers of circuits to lengths of minicells. Dimensions of mini vary in process of connection. Formula of invention describes device reading head of cell to extract user information from individual minicells and telephone network for communication with mobile objects employing device reading head of cell.
