The embodiment of the invention claims a method for realizing uplink resource indication comprising the following steps: establishing a corresponding relationship between an uplink resource index and at least an uplink resource; carrying the uplink resource index in an uplink resource distribution indication; and transmitting said uplink resource distribution indication carrying with the uplink resource index. The embodiment of the invention further claims a base station for realizing uplink resource indication comprising a mapping module an index carrying module and a command transmitting module. The embodiment of the invention further claims a user terminal for realizing uplink resource indication comprising a command receiving module a command analyzing module and an executing module. The invention can advance the resource use rate.
