A method for implementing an uplink resource indication, the method of which comprises the stages consisting of: receiving, through a user terminal, an uplink resource grant indication called the grant grant that supports an index of resource resources uplink from a base station, there is a correspondence relationship between the uplink resource index and at least one uplink subframe; resolve, through the user terminal, the uplink resource index from the ul grant grant ; make, through the user terminal, a grant of resources on said at least one uplink subframe obtained; the method being characterized in that: the correspondence relationship is determined by a relationship of uplink / downlink subframes associated with a configuration and the number of uplink subframes is greater than the number of downlink subframes, in the ratio of uplink / downlink subframes associated with the configuration.
