Abstract
The invention claims a switching method including: an evaluated mobile switching center (eMSC) receiving a relocation request from a first network to be transmitted to a second network and request the second network to establish media surface association thereof; establishing the media surface association with the second network; indicating a terminal to be access in the second network by means of the established media surface association with the second network and the media surface association of the second network itself. By means of the switching method of the invention the terminal can implement the switching between different networks by utilizing the eMSC. Besides the invention further discloses a method for the terminal being reattached on the eMSC. The terminal can be reattached on a target eMSC when the eMSC attached on the terminal carries out changes.
