Abstract
A transfer method, comprising: receiving (400), by an evolved NodeB node, eNB, in a packet switching domain network, PS, a measurement parameter from a user equipment, UE; determine (400), by the eNB node, initiate a relocation based on the measurement parameter; determine, by the eNB node, if a nearby cell has circuit switching capacity, CS, based on the configuration relationships and the measurement parameter; and sending (401), by the eNB node, a relocation request to a target MME mobility management entity, in the PS domain network, where the relocation request transmits a list of target cells and an identifier ID of context of a support that needs to be forwarded to a homologous entity, and the relocation demand also includes a relocation cause value that indicates that the relocation is a PS-domain domain relocation.
