the movable stage or the silent period parameter of background noise estimation is updated continuously so that when the movable stage entering inactive phase immediately starts generating noise. According to another aspect it is very effective to use spectral domain in order to parameterize the background noise thereby obtaining a more real background noise synthesis and thereby result in a more transparent active phase not to inactive phase switching.
