Abstract
The parametric background noise estimate is continuously updated during the active phase or the non-silent phase so that noise generation immediately begins on the inlet of the inactive phase after the active phase. According to another aspect, the spectral domain is used very efficiently to parameterize the background noise, thereby producing more realistic background noise and thus leading to a more transparent active transition to the inactive phase.
