Abstract  Abstract

The embodiment of the application provides a status report sending method, equipment and a system, which are used for at least solving the problem of repeated transmission of RLC SDU segments caused by misunderstanding of sending end equipment due to the adoption of an RLC status report sending mode in LTE in 5G. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a Radio Link Control (RLC) Protocol Data Unit (PDU) with a sequence number SN of x by receiving end equipment, wherein the RLC PDU comprises an RLC Service Data Unit (SDU) segment, and x is the SN of the RLC PDU with the maximum SN in the RLC PDUs received in a current receiving window of the receiving end equipment; when first timer is overtime, just receiving end equipment does not receive completely during RLC SDU, receiving end equipment sends N status PDU to sending end equipment, wherein, first timer is receiving end equipment has the timer that need start when the RLC SDU of receiving incompletely, include the receiving state of all SN < x RLC SDUs in N status PDU, and N is more than or equal to 1 positive integer.
