Abstract
The invention provides a communication method and a communication device for accessing related information of a local area by a terminal. In the technical scheme provided by the invention, network equipment sends an RRC message or an NAS message to a terminal, the RRC message or the NAS message comprises Internet address information, the Internet address information is used for accessing related information of a first region, and the first region is a geographic region where the terminal is located; and the terminal receives an RRC message or an NAS message from network equipment, and accessesrelated information of the first area based on the Internet address information in the RRC message or the NAS message. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the terminal can quickly obtain the related information of the geographic area to which the terminal belongs.
