Abstract
The present application provides a communication method and a communication device for a terminal to access relevant information of a local area. In the technical solution provided by the present application, a network device sends an RRC message or an NAS message to the terminal, the RRC message or the NAS message containing Internet address information, the Internet address information being used for accessing the relevant information of a first area, and the first area being a geographic area where the terminal is located; the terminal receives the RRC message or the NAS message from the network device, and accesses the relevant information of the first area based on the Internet address information in the RRC message or the NAS message. According to the technical solution of the present application, the terminal is facilitated to quickly obtain the relevant information of the geographic area to which the terminal belongs.
