Abstract
The application provides a communication method and a communication device for accessing relevant information of a local area by a terminal. In the technical scheme provided by the application, a network device sends an RRC message or an NAS message to a terminal, wherein the RRC message or the NAS message contains Internet address information, the Internet address information is used for accessing relevant information of a first area, and the first area is a geographical area where the terminal is located; and the terminal receives the RRC message or the NAS message from the network equipment and accesses the related information of the first area based on the Internet address information in the RRC message or the NAS message. According to the technical scheme, the terminal can acquire the relevant information of the geographic area to which the terminal belongs quickly.
