Mobile communication system in which a mobile station device transmits uplink data to a base station device using an uplink physical channel shared by an uplink data transmission permission signal, in which a base station device transmits a control signal to a mobile station device radio resources, which includes instructions for transmitting reception quality information, and transmits an enable signal to the mobile station device data transmission uplink communication, which includes instructions for transmitting reception quality information, in which the mobile station device: periodically transmits to the base station device the first reception quality information according to the instruction for transmitting reception quality information included in the radio resource control signal, and transmits to the base station device the second reception quality information using the physical uplink shared channel in the case where the transmission instruction is and reception quality is included in the uplink data transmission resolution signal.
