A mobile communication system in which a mobile station apparatus (200) transmits, to a base station apparatus (100), uplink data using resources of a physical uplink shared channel, assigned by a permission signal of uplink data transmission, wherein said base station apparatus (100) is configured to transmit, to said mobile station apparatus (200), said uplink data transmission permission signal that includes an instruction to transmit the reception quality information, and wherein said mobile station apparatus (200) is configured to transmit to said base station apparatus (100) reception quality information using resources of said shared physical link channel uplink, regardless of said resources for said uplink data, in the event that said instruction for transmitting information from reception quality is included in said uplink data transmission permission signal.
