PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement efficient transmission control of reception quality information which flexibly handles an information amount and transmission frequency of the reception quality information.

SOLUTION: A base station device comprises: means for transmitting first information for instructing to transmit reception quality information through a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) allocated by using a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) to a mobile station device by using the physical downlink control channel (PDCCH); and means for transmitting second information used for determining a resource amount of the reception quality information transmitted through the physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) to the mobile station device with the second information included in a radio resource control signal.
