Abstract  Abstract

The present invention relates to a mobile station apparatus configured to transmit uplink control information to a base station apparatus a communication method for a mobile station apparatus configured to transmit uplink control information to a base station apparatus and an integrated circuit to be mounted on a mobile station apparatus configured to transmit uplink control information to a base station apparatus.

In a case that the uplink control information consists of channel state information and HARQ control information first and second transmission processes are performed based on information included in an RRC signaling received from the base station apparatus wherein the first transmission process takes place for the simultaneous transmission in a sub-frame of the channel state information on the physical uplink shared channel and of the HARQ control informationis on the physical uplink control channel and the second transmission process takes place for transmitting in a sub-frame all the uplink control information on the physical uplink shared channel.
