Abstract  Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize data transmission by a plurality of PUSCH and PUCCH which suppress transmission power in a mobile station device to be low when a base station device and the mobile station device perform communication in a wide frequency band by complexly using a carrier element.

SOLUTION: The mobile station device transmitting uplink control information to a base station device transmits to the base station device channel state information by a physical uplink common channel and control information in HARQ by a physical uplink control channel or transmits to the base station device channel state information and control information in HARQ by the physical uplink common channel based on setting from the base station device when the uplink control information transmitted to the base station device is channel state information and control information in HARQ in a sub-frame performing transmission by the physical uplink common channel.
