A domain transfer method, the transfer is carried out between a circuit domain and an access network with IP connectivity for the continuity of the voice call, VCC, characterized by receiving, from a CS domain control function IMS, ICCF, for a domain transfer function, DTF, which is a functional module of a voice call continuity application service, VCC AS, an invitation message, wherein the invitation message contains a number of VCC domain transfer, VDN, and a transfer identifier, wherein the transfer identifier and the VDN are independent of each other; and determines, by the DTF, that the invitation message is a transfer request for an existing session segment according to the destination of the invitation message that is the DTF VDN and the transfer identifier, and carried out, by the DTF, a domain transfer of a session according to the transfer identifier.
