Abstract
By using the present method system and device for domain switching a location and domain switching of a session to be switching could be realized by the domain switching application server. The domain switching method includes the following steps: the domain switching application server receiving a domain switching request message carrying a switching identification number; the domain switching application server obtaining a switching identification number from the domain switching request message and performing the domain switching for the corresponding session according to the switching identification number. The domain switching system includes: a user terminal and a domain switching application server and the user terminal being used to send out a domain switching request message carrying the switching identification number when initiating domain switching of the session and the domain switching application server being used to obtain the switching identification number from the domain switching request message and perform the domain switching for the corresponding session according to the switching identification number.
