Data transmission procedure between at least two nodes of a network, each of said nodes being connected to at least one IP environment, called the origin environment of said node, comprising: - an assignment step, to at least one agent user included in one (NA) of said nodes, of a fictitious address in an IP environment different from the environment of origin of this node (NA), said fictitious address being the result of the application of a function on an address in said environment of origin; and - a presentation step of at least said fictitious address and a source address of said user agent in said source environment when a communication is established with at least one remote node (NB), characterized in that said presentation step is executed by said user agent, in at least one invitation message to enter into communication with said remote node (NB) and/or in at least one response message to an invitation to enter into communication message sent by said remote node (NB ).
