Abstract  Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-optimizing method for optimizing a wireless network with regard to energy efficiency load capacity and/or mobility.

SOLUTION: In a radio access network (RAN) where load information is acquired with regard to a series of multiple transmission cells in a selected coverage area in one of operation and maintenance module (O&M module) in an evolved packet core (EPC) and an evolved NodeB(eNodeB) and a coverage area selected based on the load information is covered a series of reduced multiple transmission cells are selected and the series of reduced multiple transmission cells in the RAM are reset in a single frequency network (SFN) having one common cell identification information (Cell-ID) so as to expand the coverage area of the series of reduced multiple transmission cells for the purpose of covering the selected coverage area having fewer transmission cells.
