Abstract  Abstract

Provided are a radio communication mobile station apparatus, radio communication base station apparatus, and radio communication method capable of accurately switching between transmission modes of PUSCH and PUCCH while suppressing an increase in signaling overhead. A transmission mode setting unit (107) detects a base station instruction of a multiplexing method of PUSCH and PUCCH, and a trigger information notification determination unit (108) includes PHR_pucch calculated by the PHR_control calculation unit (106) and the base station instruction. A threshold determination with a threshold corresponding to the multiplexing method is performed. Specifically, in the TDM transmission mode, trigger information is notified when PHR_pucch> X1 (dBm) is satisfied, and in the FDM transmission mode, trigger information is notified when PHR_pucch <Y1 (dBm) is satisfied. The trigger information notification determining unit (108) determines whether to notify the trigger information based on the threshold determination result.
