Abstract  Abstract

FIELD: information technology.SUBSTANCE: in a radio communication system each user terminal along with transmitting a data signal to a base station using different data transmission band frequencies which are assigned by the base station performs time-division multiplexing of a pilot signal with the data signal and transmits the resultant signal to the base station. A resource management unit of the base station determines pilot signal transmission bands for each user terminal so that the pilot signal transmission band covers the data transmission band for that user terminal with frequency offset and instructs the user terminal to transmit pilot signal using the determined pilot signal transmission band frequencies. So the base statia is able to evaluate the channel for each transmission band frequency using the pilot signal.EFFECT: high capacity.28 dwg
