Abstract
A method for transmitting QoS during handover between systems and network system and destination network thereof enable a user terminal to transmit QoS to a second network access network during handover between systems. The method of the present invention includes: a second network mobility management network unit acquires service quality parameter QoS of a user terminal during the user terminal handover from a first network to a second network; and the second network mobility management network unit transmits the acquired QoS to the second network access network and/or a user panel network unit. The system of the present invention includes:a user terminal a first network and a second network the second network includes: a second network mobility management network unit and a second network access network; the second network mobility management network unit is used for acquiring service quality parameter QoS of a user terminal during the user terminal handover from a first network to a second network and transmits the QoS to the second network access network; the second network access network is used for receiving the transmitted QoS from the second network mobility management network unit.
