Abstract  Abstract

The invention claims method network system and destination side network for transferring QoS when switching among systems which is capable of transferring the QoS to access network of the second network switching among the systems by user equipment. The method comprises the steps of a core network of a second network obtaining a service quality parameter QoS of user equipment when the user equipment switches from a first network to the second network the core network of the second network transferring the obtained QoS to the access network of the second network. The network system of the invention comprises user equipment a first network and a second network wherein the second network comprises a core network of the second network and an access network of the second network. The core network of the second network is used for obtaining a service quality parameter QoS of the user equipment when the user equipment switches from the first network to the second network and for transferring the QoS to the access network of the second network. The access network of the second network is used for receiving the QoS transferred by the core network of the second network.
