Abstract  Abstract

A method of transmitting a global maximum bit rate parameter, AMBR, during an inter-system transfer process, wherein during the transfer process of a user equipment, UE, from a first network to the second network, is characterized in that it comprises: - the acquisition, by a second network mobility management network element, of a first AMBR of the UE, wherein the acquisition of the first AMBR of the UE equipment comprises: the use of a default AMBR configured in the element of second network mobility management network as the first AMBR of the UE, or the acquisition by the second network mobility management network element of maximum bit rate parameter values, MBR, transmitted by the UE from the first network and the accumulation of the MBR parameter values acquired as the first AMBR parameter of the UE, or the acquisition by the second network mobility management network element of the transm MBR parameter values made by the UE from the first network and the selection of the maximum value as the first AMBR of the UE; and the transmission, by the second network mobility management network element, of the first AMBR acquired to the access network to the second network and / or to a network element at the users level.
