Abstract  Abstract

The invention claims a mobile communication system used for transmitting response information. The method comprises the following steps: receiving the random access channel (RACH) preamble for a plurality of UE and via the public channel and preamble received the associated response information can be accessed public channel and receiving the corresponding information in which the plurality of UE. If the UE is using the allocated uplink radio resource for data transmission using HARQ scheme to the eNode-B through the RACH the eNode-B will not be allocated in advance to re-send the uplink radio resource and wherein for the first HARQ transmission of the allocated radio resource. If needs to re-send then eNode-B to distribute the re-sending the needed radio resources for the NACK signal. If it does not need re-sending the invention can reduce the amount of radio resource is wasted.
