PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a response information transmission method of a mobile communication system that reduces the amount of wasted wireless resources and effectively use wireless resources.

SOLUTION: As a method of transmitting a specified preamble by a mobile communication system and receiving information responding to the specified preamble a preamble transmission and information reception method includes the steps of: transmitting the specified preamble through a random access channel (RACH); receiving response information including at least one response corresponding to at least one preamble transmitted during a specified time section and identification information corresponding to the at least one preamble through a common channel; and processing the at least one response when the identification information indicates that the at least one response corresponds to the specified preamble.
