Abstract  Abstract

The invention claims a method for transmitting response information in a mobile communication system. The method includes receiving from a plurality of UEs for random access channel (RACH) preamble and transmitting response information associated with the received preamble through a common channel wherein the plurality UEs can access the common channel and receive corresponding information. If the UE using the uplink radio resource allocated through RACH transmits data to the eNode-B using the HARQ scheme the eNode-B will again transmit the necessary uplink radio resource allocation but to execute the radio resource for a first transmission of HARQ allocation. if need to be sent again the eNode-B NACK signal to allocate for sending the needed radio resources. if it does not need to be sent again the invention can reduce the quantity of the radio resource is wasted.
