Abstract
A user station according to geographic region method for selecting communication system and device. Once the capture is successful the subscriber station checks the received system identification information to determine the geographical area. Then the user station determines system of capture for the geographic area is the most ideal system. if it is the most ideal system in the geographic area then the subscriber station using the captured system to provide service. if it is not the most ideal system of the geographic area the user station is the ideal system.
