Abstract  Abstract

The invention claims a mobile communication system base station method of signal transmitting channel in the base station uses for identifying the first interfering base station scrambling a common channel signal. the method comprises: when receiving the dedicated channel allocation request from the mobile station determining the identifier of the second scrambling code (ID) identifier (ID) determined by transmitting the second scrambling code to the mobile station and waiting for response; when the response message is received from the mobile station using the ID of the first interfering code and the second interfering code of ID to generate a first scrambling code and a second scrambling code and the first scrambling code to scramble common channel signal and using the second scrambling code for scrambling a dedicated channel signal and the transmit channel signal is scrambled.
