Abstract  Abstract

A controlling method of transmission speed in the wireless communication system which can control the transmission speed of the uplink user data at the mobile station according to the absolute transmission speed transmitted through E-AGCH and the relative transmission speed transmitted through E-RGCH it controls the transmission speed of the uplink user data. The method includes: when the mobile station founds E-DPDCH it informs the information for identifying E-AGCH transmitted from the service subdistrict from the wireless network controlling station to the mobile station; but not informs the information identifying E-RGCH from the wireless network controlling station to the mobile station; at the mobile station according to the absolute transmission speed received by the AGCH from the service subdistrict it controls the transmission speed of the uplink user data but not considers the relative transmission speed.
