Abstract  Abstract

A base station suitable for radiocommunications with a DS-CDM mobile station, said mobile station comprises: an expansion code generation unit configured to generate an expansion code based on an expansion factor; a chip repeat unit configured to repeat a chip sequence after spectrum expansion for a number of times; and a phase sequence generation unit configured to generate at least a single phase to the mobile station, the phase that is multiplied by the performance of chip sequences repeated by the chip repeat unit; said base station characterized by: a control information determination unit configured to determine the control information that includes an expansion factor, the number of chip repetitions, and a single phase to the mobile station, based on the information about the interference of an adjacent cell; and to transmit the expansion factor, the number of chip repetitions, and the unique phase of the mobile station that are determined, to the mobile station.
