Abstract  Abstract

A mobile communication system, wherein a mobile station apparatus (200) transmits, to a base station apparatus (100), an ACK or NACK message of Hybrid Automatic Repeat Demand, HARQ, for downlink data, comprising : the base station apparatus (100) transmitting, using a physical downlink control channel, to the mobile station apparatus (200), resource allocation information for specifying uplink resources for an uplink shared channel physical, where the uplink resources for the physical uplink shared channel contain symbols in a temporary domain and subcarriers in a frequency domain; the mobile station apparatus (200) that calculates an amount of resources for the ACK or NACK based on the resource allocation information, wherein the calculated amount of the resources does not exceed a maximum amount of resources; and transmits, to the base station apparatus (100), the ACK or NACK, which is mapped together with uplink data on the uplink resources for the physical uplink shared channel.
