Abstract  Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce control information for specifying a transmission method when simultaneously transmitting uplink data and ACK/NACK to reduce a delay occurring in changing the transmission method and to achieve arrangement of uplink data and ACK/NACK having a follow-up feature with respect to the modulation method and the encoding ratio of the uplink data.

SOLUTION: A base station device transmits to a mobile station device a data transmission permitting signal which includes resource allocation information specifying the resource domain of an uplink data channel comprised of a time domain and a frequency domain. The mobile station device calculates the resource quantity of ACK or NACK arranged on the uplink data channel together with the uplink data so as not to exceed a predetermined first value and not to fall below a predetermined second value and transmits ACK or NACK with the calculated resource quantity to the base station device together with the uplink data using the uplink data channel.
