Abstract  Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce control information for specifying a transmission method for transmitting both of uplink data together with reception quality information and the uplink data together with ACK/NACK and also to shorten delay to be generated when changing the transmission method thereby maintaining a follow-up property to a modulation method and an encoding ratio of the uplink data specified from a base station device.

SOLUTION: The base station device transmits a signal for permitting data transmission to the uplink to a mobile station device together with resource allocation information for specifying time or a frequency component for an uplink data channel. The mobile station device calculates a resource amount of ACK or NACK arranged in the uplink data channel together with the uplink data from the resource allocation information so that the calculated amount does not exceed a predetermined amount and transmits the ACK or NACK to the base station device together with the uplink data by the calculated resource amount through the uplink data channel.
