Abstract  Abstract

It is possible to reduce control information for specifying a transmission method when transmitting both of uplink data together with reception quality information and uplink data together with ACK/NACK and reduce a delay generated when modifying the transmission method. It is also possible to realize arrangement of uplink data together with reception quality information and uplink data together with ACK/NACK having a follow-up feature with respect to the modulation method and the encoding ratio of the uplink data specified from a base station device. A mobile communication includes a base station which allocates a resource for a mobile station device. The base station device transmits to a mobile station device control information specifying a transmission format of information transmitted by the mobile station device by using the uplink. Upon reception of the control information from the base station device the mobile station device transmits to the base station devices both of the uplink data and the reception quality information according to the specified transmission format.
