Abstract  Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of configuring a telecommunication system including at least one transmitting side substance and one receiving side substance to transmit several transport channels different in service quality within the same link between the substances.

SOLUTION: The transmitting side substance matches a velocity between different coded transport channels different in service quality and the different coded transport channels are multiplexed there. The matched velocity intrinsic for each transport channel is determined from at least one first parameter (RM i) representing a forecasted Eb/I and a second parameter (Ndata) representing a capability of a physical channel. The present invention is application to a mobile telephony network.
