PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for expansion type interference reduction and traffic adaptation.

SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a device of eNodeB capable of opening to execute eIMTA. The device comprises one or more processors configured to select in the eNodeB RNTI being used for eIMTA and to select in the eNodeB a cycle for monitoring a PDCCH including the RNTI used for eIMTA. In the eNodeB a set of sub frames for monitoring the PDCCH including the RNTI used for eIMTA within the cycle is selected and in the eNodeB the RNTI used for eIMTA the cycle for monitoring the PDCCH including the RNTI used for eIMTA and the set of sub frames for monitoring PDCCH including the RNTI used for eIMTA are encoded for transmission to UE.
