Abstract  Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a method and a device for signal transmission of the release of persistent resources in LTE(Long Term Evolution).

SOLUTION: A display of the release of DL(downlink) persistent resources is received from an eNB (evolved node B) by a WTRU(wireless transmission and reception unit) via a PDCCH (physical downlink control channel). An ACK(acknowledgement) meaning reception of the display is transmitted by the WTRU. The PDCCH or a MAC CE may be used by the eNB for signal transmission. In order to perform signal transmission whether the PDCCH is for persistent or dynamic resource allocation of the DL at least 1 bit can be added to the content of the PDCCH. Thereafter the DL persistent resources are released and a display that the DL persistent resources are released is transmitted.
