Method of Notification of Information Change and Base Station

Abstract

NOTIFICATION METHOD OF CHANGING INFORMATION AND BASE STATION. The present invention provides an information change notification method and a base station. The method comprises: a source base station that changes user equipment (UE) to a target Pcell of a target base station; and the source base station that notifies the target base station of the target Pcells signal quality. The present invention ensures that the target base station can efficiently select secondary service cells according to the transmitted information, reducing time delay.
