Abstract
information change notification method and base station. The present invention provides an information change notification method and a base station. the method comprises: a source base station that changes a user equipment (ue) to a target pccell of a target base station; and the source base station which notifies the target base station of the signal quality of the target pccell. The present invention ensures that the target base station can efficiently select secondary serving cells according to the transmitted information, reduces time delay.
