Abstract
The invention claims a method of notifying switching information and a base station the method comprising: a source base station sends switching main service cell under the target base station of the target terminal source base station of the target cell signal quality to inform a target base station. This invention makes the target side can effectively select the auxiliary service cell according to the information of the transmission so as to reduce the time delay.
