METHOD FOR NOTIFYING HANDOVER INFORMATION AND BASE STATION

Abstract

A method for notifying handover information and a base station are provided by the present invention. The method includes that a source base station hands over a terminal to a target primary cell under a target base station; the source base station notifies signal quality of the target primary cell to the target base station. The present invention enables the target side to select secondary cells effectively according to the notification information, thereby the time delay can be reduced.
